Charlie Starratt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charlie started their career as the Vice President of the Network Department at Interep National Radio Sales from 2004 to 2008. Charlie then became the Executive Vice President at theMEDIAdash.com from 2008 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Brand Manager at Booker Promotions from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they held positions at Archway Marketing Services, where they were a Client Service Manager from 2020 to 2022 and is currently serving as the Strategic Accounts Director responsible for the growth of clients among all GCG companies. Their role includes developing and executing growth strategies for clients such as Starbucks, TD Bank, Fidelity, Health Equity, and Anheuser Busch.

Charlie Starratt received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University, completing their studies from 1994 to 1999. In 2009 to 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university.
