Robert Segal is an experienced executive with a strong background in client success and business operations. Currently serving as SVP Client Success at GCG Companies and founder of qception, Robert has a proven track record of driving profitability and operational improvements across various organizations. At Archway Marketing Services, leadership as Vice President and General Manager involved turning around an underperforming business unit, implementing process improvements, and achieving significant cost reductions. Previous roles at Brightstar Corp. and other companies included directing business operations, leading transformative projects, and enhancing supply chain efficiency. Robert holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
