Gerri Leann Hardin

Gerri LeAnn Hardin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Gerri LeAnn is currently employed at ArchWell Health, where they hold the positions of Associate Vice President, Market Operations and previously served as a Sr Director of Operations. Prior to ArchWell Health, they worked at Village Medical as the Director of Clinical Operations. Gerri LeAnn also held the role of Vice President of Clinical Operations at Hatfield Medical Group. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience at Maricopa Integrated Health System as the Director of Nursing for the Women's and Children's Service Line, Director of Nursing for the Women's and Infants service line, as well as Surgical Trauma, Short Stay, and Monitoring personnel. Gerri LeAnn earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a focus on Nursing Management and Organizational Leadership from American Sentinel College, completing it in 2015. Gerri further expanded their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare from the same institution in 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, obtained from Maricopa Integrated Health System in 2019, and the C-EFM certification obtained in 2014.
