Jaydev Jani MD CPE MMM FACP has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jaydev currently serves as the Senior Medical Director of Utilization Management at ArchWell Health, a healthcare provider focused on improving the lives of senior members. Prior to this, they held the position of Market Medical Director and Interim Market Medical Director at the same organization.

Before joining ArchWell Health, Dr. Jani was the Clinical Program Director at Atrium Health, where they designed and implemented a new value-based care initiative to improve the quality of life for complex and high-risk patients.

Dr. Jani also served as the Medical Director/Lead Physician at OSF HealthCare, where they played a crucial role in improving patient care, employee satisfaction, and organizational efficiency. Jaydev started a value-based care initiative and collaborated with BCBS leadership to enhance the quality of care for covered patients. Jaydev also worked as an Internal Medicine Physician, President of the Medical Staff at SJMC, OSF, Chairman of Medicine at SJMC, and Vice President of the Medical Staff at SJMC during their tenure at OSF HealthCare.

Additionally, Dr. Jani served as a Board Member at Fort Jesse Imaging & Gale Keeran Center for Women.

Dr. Jaydev Jani holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Coney Island Hospital, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Jaydev also obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 1997 and 2003. Dr. Jani pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University from 2014 to 2016, earning a Masters of Medical Management (MMM) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Jaydev also obtained the Certified Physician Executive (CPE) qualification from the American College of Physician Executive in 2013.
