Justin Ulrich, MBA, ACS, RCS, RDCS, RVT, RCIS, CCT, FASE has a diverse work experience in the field of cardiology. Justin is currently serving as the Director of Cardiology Services at ArchWell Health since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Institutional Director at Middle Tennessee Cardiovascular Institute from May 2017 to August 2021. Before that, they were a Clinical Specialist (Per Diem) at Lantheus Medical Imaging from January 2016 to August 2021.

From January 2012 to April 2017, Justin held the position of Manager, Non-Invasive Cardiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Justin Ulrich has a Bachelor of Music degree in Commercial Music from Belmont University, obtained from 1996 to 2000. Justin then attended Naval Hospital Corps School in 2003 for health care studies. In 2005 to 2006, Justin completed a Technical Certificate in Cardiovascular Technology/Technologist from the Naval School of Health Sciences. Finally, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies.
