Kathy Perez

Kathy Perez has had extensive work experience in the financial and real estate industry. Kathy is currently working at Archwest Capital as the Senior Vice President - Closings, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Vice President - Closings at Archwest Capital from May 2021.

Before joining Archwest Capital, Kathy worked at CoreVest Finance as a Vice President - Closings from May 2020 to April 2021.

Kathy also worked at 5 Arch Funding Corp. in various roles, including VP - Closings, AVP - Closings, Closing Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate from 2016 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, they worked at ServiceLink as a Team Lead - Deed in Lieu from 2014 to 2015, and at Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) as an REO Specialist from 2008 to 2013.

Kathy also gained experience in finance management at Mitsubishi Motors from 2010 to 2012, and worked as an Escrow Assistant at First American Title from 2006 to 2008. Overall, Kathy Perez has a strong background in finance, real estate closings, and management roles.

Kathy Perez received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in the years 2011 to 2014. In 2018, they obtained a certification called "Secrets to Leading with Assertiveness" from Dale Carnegie Training.
