Keeway Tsao

Keeway Tsao, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Archwest Capital since August 2025. Previously, Keeway held the position of Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Pacifico Energy Group from June 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included building and managing accounting and treasury functions for multiple high-growth startups, overseeing global consolidations, ERP design, process improvement, technical accounting support on various standards, and ensuring tax compliance and planning. From April 2018 to June 2023, Keeway was Director of Accounting & Finance and Assistant Controller at Wings Capital Partners, leading global accounting functions, consolidated reporting, audits, tax compliance, and system implementations in NetSuite. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2013 to 2018, specializing in audit and risk advisory services within the Asset Management Practice. Keeway holds a Master's degree in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
