Armando Najera

Armando Najera currently serves as the General Manager for Arcis Golf, overseeing an 18-hole public golf course in Gilbert, Arizona, as of November 2023. Previously, Armando Najera held the position of General Manager at Touchstone Golf from August 2019 to November 2023, where a 2nd five-year contract with the City of Chula Vista was renewed and over $600,000 in capital expenditures were completed. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Downtown, managing daily operations and staff, and Director of Human Resources at Turn Key Scaffold, focusing on employee relations and HR policies. Armando Najera also served as General Manager at Salt Creek Golf Club from January 2007 to March 2018, supervising all management aspects of the golf facilities. Additionally, Armando Najera was the Assistant General Manager at Eastlake High School and Head Frosh/JV Football Coach. Armando Najera holds an Associate's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Southwestern College and has further education from San Diego State University.
