Steve Cratin

Steve Cratin has extensive experience in development, construction, and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President of Development and Construction at Arcland Property Company since November 2021 and as Principal at SZC Properties LLC since May 2021, Cratin has demonstrated leadership in the industry. Prior roles include Vice President of Asset Management at ezStorage Corporation / Siena Corporation from June 2006 to May 2021 and Co-op Engineer / Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from May 2001 to May 2006. Cratin holds a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 1999 and 2003.
