Kelley Hibbs

Kelley Hibbs is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) analysis and management. Currently serving as a Manager at ArcLight Consulting since November 2020, Kelley has previously held key roles at UPMC as an HRIS Analyst from March 2017 to November 2020, Celtic Healthcare, Inc. as an HRIS Analyst from June 2016 to March 2017, and PAE in the same role from January 2015 to February 2016. Kelley's career began at USIS, working as an HRIS Analyst from November 2003 to January 2015. Kelley holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from La Roche University.
