Nicole Norton

Nicole Norton is an experienced professional in Human Capital Management (HCM) with a career spanning over 17 years. Since May 2015, Nicole has served as the Director of HCM at ArcLight Consulting, where strategic leadership in HCM Cloud practice has driven HR transformation for clients. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Addison's Cloud Solutions, where Nicole led improvements in service delivery, and various positions at ArcLight Consulting that involved leading project teams and managing operations within HCM advisory services. Earlier experience at KBACE Technologies included roles in sales operations and administrative support. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Real Estate Salesperson certification from Barry School of Real Estate.
