Tim Merkley

Tim Merkley has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and human resources, currently serving as HSE/HR Leader at Arclin since October 2012. Responsibilities include addressing HR inquiries, leading recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, and implementing accessibility requirements. Previously, Tim held roles such as HSE Coordinator and IMS Manager, where achievements include maintaining health and safety management systems, conducting comprehensive workplace inspections, and leading environmental management initiatives. Tim's career spans back to roles in chemical testing and quality assurance, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Queen's University and further education at Ryerson University.
