Beth Hill

Beth Hill, PHR has over 14 years of experience in the field of human resources. Beth started their career at ARCO Construction Company, Inc. in 2005 as an HR Director and held this role for 14 years until 2019. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, development, compliance, and total rewards.

In 2019, Beth joined ARCO a Family of Construction Companies as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and organizational development direction to the Human Resources Department. Beth served as a trusted partner to shareholders on all people-related change management initiatives. Beth successfully built a HR team of 30+ employees to support the company's growth from $200 million to $2 billion in revenue over a 7-year period.

Currently, Beth holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at ARCO a Family of Construction Companies, starting in January 2023. As the CHRO, they continue to provide strategic direction and oversee all functional areas of Human Resources.

Beth Hill, PHR holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Human Resources from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Beth has also obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
