Vidya Thakur

Vidya Thakur is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at NuSummit since May 2025, Vidya has previously held significant roles including Vice President and Global Head of HR at LTIMindtree and Global Head & VP of Global Talent Strategy at Larsen & Toubro Infotech. With a strong focus on transformation, culture, change management, and diversity, Vidya also has experience in employee engagement, performance management, and talent management from roles at Tech Mahindra Business Services and Red Brick Coaching. An alumnus of Savitribai Phule Pune University with a degree in Human Resources Management, Vidya also holds qualifications in Leadership and Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute.
