Crystal Luna, FPC has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Crystal started their career in 1997 as a Front Office Manager at Settle Inn Resort & Conference Center. In 1999, they joined ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, where they held various roles. Crystal served as a Receptionist and a Project Accountant before transitioning to the payroll department. Crystal worked as a Payroll Coordinator, responsible for processing payroll for union and non-union employees. Later, they became the Payroll Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for over 1,400 associates across multiple payroll companies. Crystal's role also involved conducting detailed audits and handling year-end procedures. Crystal served as the Director of Payroll & Employment Tax and was involved in managing payroll and employment tax matters. Their tenure at ARCO lasted until December 2021.
Crystal Luna, FPC has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Missouri Baptist University. Crystal also holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Columbia College. In addition, Crystal has obtained various certifications, including a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association in August 2020, a Payroll Administration Certificate Program from the American Payroll Association in 2021, and Business 304: Leading Organizational Change (v.2) and Business 311: Project Management from Study.com, both obtained in 2023.
