Glen Becker has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Glen is currently the Director of IT Infrastructure and Security at ARCO, where they oversee the Infrastructure and Cyber Security team and ensures the quality and scalability of the technology platform. Prior to ARCO, they were the Director of Global Services at MiTek Industries, where they led global teams in implementing projects and cloud initiatives. Glen also worked as an Architect at BJC, where they improved network architectures and strengthened relationships between the IT department and the business. Before that, Glen was the Director of Information Services at Integrity Solution Services, where they managed global infrastructure and support teams. Glen started their career at Trans States Holdings as a Senior IT Director, overseeing IT departments across multiple subsidiaries. Glen also has experience as an Owner of Glen Becker Consulting. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant accomplishments such as converting critical business platforms to SaaS models, reducing innovation lifecycles, and improving operational reliability.
Glen Becker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
