Igor Castro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, product management, and operations across diverse industries. Currently serving as Diretor de Sucesso do Cliente at Arco Educação since August 2020, Igor has previously held roles including Gerente Executivo de Produto, Gerente de Produto, Gerente de Operações Comerciais, and Especialista de Projetos within the same company. Prior to Arco Educação, Igor worked at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant and held positions at Credit Suisse Brasil as Equity Sales and at Cervejaria Ambev in eCommerce. Igor began his career in venture capital at e.Bricks Ventures. Igor holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
