Renata Ferraz De Toledo Machado

Renata Machado is their Chief Operating Officer, a position she has held since March 2022. She has previously served as People Director between September 2019 and November 2021, and People and Operations Director from December 2021 to February 2022. Mrs. Machado worked for 5 years at McKinsey & Company and, prior to that, she worked as a senior economist at a boutique consultancy firm. Mrs. Machado holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from University of São Paulo and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
