J.Paul GAMBIER is a multimedia author and prominent figure in the jazz and improvisational music scene, currently serving as a member of the ARCOM delegation in Toulouse since July 2018. As the founder and editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine Caravan since September 2013, GAMBIER also leads the multimedia production workshop JAZZ IN, which focuses on jazz and improvisational music. Additionally, GAMBIER created the SWAP JAZZ social network, a professional platform for the jazz community, and contributed to the board of Occijazz from 2015 to 2020, where involvement included developing the SWAP network. GAMBIER is also associated with La Scam, working as a multimedia author since January 2008.

Arcom
The french Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication (Arcom) is the new independent public authority aims to address the audiovisual, digital and societal issues of its time. As the guarantor of freedom of communication, it also intends to be attentive to the sector and its audiences and stakeholders. Arcom embodies a new type of regulation, capable of better responding to the major challenges of our time. Arcom’s missions : - Providing access to pluralistic audiovisual services that respect rights and freedoms - Defending creation and its stakeholders - Contributing to the development of a safer internet Arcom, an independent public authority (API), is composed of a nine-member board, several directorates under the responsibility of the Director General and his deputies, and 16 regional offices, located in metropolitan and overseas France. This organisation, in line with all of the regulator's missions, integrates specialists with a wide range of profiles who boast expertise relating to the major challenges facing the audiovisual and digital sector.
