Pedro Henrique Carrijo

Pedro Henrique Carrijo has extensive experience in human resources and finance, currently serving as an Analista de RH at ARCOM since December 2017, where responsibilities include managing the company's personnel department, payroll, admissions, vacation calculations, terminations, and eSocial compliance. Prior to this role, Pedro acted as a financial analyst, handling payment discrepancies, banking transactions, reimbursements, and commercial agreements. Additionally, experience as an administrative assistant included treasury activities, cash closure, expense recording, and debt management. Earlier in their career, Pedro completed an internship at UFU Faculdade de Gestão e Negócios where responsibilities involved file organization, correspondence issuance, and support for the academic community. Pedro holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, obtained in 2019.
