Christian Micah

Christian Micah started working at Arconic in 2018 as a Microsoft Office 365 Lead. Prior to that, they worked at ASSET STEM Education from 2007 to 2016. At ASSET STEM Education, they held various roles including Programmer Analyst, Coordinator of Professional Development Services, and Administrative Assistant. In these roles, they were involved in tasks such as leading and managing the development of a B2B eCommerce application, enhancing personnel understanding of LMS selection, developing and supporting programs of the xTuple ERP System, serving as an expert user for new registration and learning management systems, tracking attendance and reporting continuing education hours, providing support and training to end-users, and providing comprehensive administrative support for executive level staff.

Christian Micah has a Certificate in Data Analytics/Big Data from Seton Hill University, which was obtained from 2017 to 2018. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from Point Park University, earned from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the Community College of Allegheny County from 2009 to 2011. In addition, Christian has obtained certifications in "Microsoft Flow Essential Training" and "Communicating Change in an Enterprise-Wide Transformation" from LinkedIn in 2020.
