Jodie Minor

Jodie Minor is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational training, currently serving as a Talent Development Manager at Arconic since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Learning Advisor/Talent and Learning Consultant at Highmark Health and Senior Consultant-Supervisor at HM Health Solutions, where Jodie managed interdisciplinary teams to facilitate technical implementations. Jodie has also held positions at Management Science Associates, Inc. and Western Governors University, focusing on training support and mentorship for remote employees. Early career experiences include impactful roles at EDMC, WVU Hospitals, Deluxe Corporation, and Renewal, Inc., where Jodie contributed to training, evaluation, and the development of organizational effectiveness initiatives.
