Latasha Williams

LaTasha Williams is an experienced talent development and acquisition professional holding an MBA and certifications including SHRM-CP, CCTC, and ACRW. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Development at Lightera since July 2025, LaTasha previously worked at Kroger for over 14 years, where roles included Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Partner, Regional Manager of Recruitment, and Regional Leadership Development Manager. Throughout the career, LaTasha has demonstrated expertise in creating strategic talent acquisition programs, reducing time-to-fill positions, and developing leadership curriculum for various organizational levels. Earlier experience includes serving as the People, Culture & Operations Manager at Uptown Management and Marketing, where LaTasha oversaw HR operations and talent management for a multi-million dollar restaurant chain. LaTasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Kennesaw State University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Kaplan University.
