Matthew Gerber

Matthew Gerber brings extensive experience in continuous improvement and management across various industries. Currently a Continuous Improvement Manager at Arconic and Alcoa since 2016, Matthew has also held roles as Field and Service Manager and Quality Manager at Arconic. As co-owner and Executive Manager at Hi-Point Investment Properties, LLC, Matthew oversees a successful real estate investment company. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at GE Transportation, contributing as a Process Flow Leader and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and multiple managerial positions at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., including Commodity Manager and Production Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering and an Associate of Science in Tool and Die Technology, supplemented by training at the Dale Carnegie School of Business.
