Terry Brown

Terry Brown is an accomplished professional in the benefits and human resources field, currently serving as Senior Director of Benefits at Arconic since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director of HR, Benefits and Senior Manager of Benefits at Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) from May 2015 to September 2025. Prior to ATI, Terry held various positions at H.J. Heinz Company, including Associate Director of Global Pension & Retirement Plans, Senior Manager of Global Pensions, and Manager of US Retirement Plans from February 2010 to May 2015.
