Karen Marie Ocasio

Karen Marie Ocasio is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at ARCO since November 2023, Karen has held significant positions including Manager of Business Advisory Services/Human Resources Division at Cedrela Consulting Group and Talent Acquisition Consultant at MEC Consulting Service Group. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Fuller Group Puerto Rico and CT Radiology Complex & Imaging Center, as well as academic leadership positions as Academic Program Director at Casa Grande Interactive and Rocket Teacher Training.
