Kendric (Ric) Chaney

Kendric (Ric) Chaney has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kendric (Ric) began their career as a Sales Manager at Midland Telephone Company / Colorado River Communications in 1994, where they stayed until 1999. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Sales Executive at NewPath Holdings, which was later acquired by NexGen Communications.

In 2001, Chaney joined GeoLearning, Inc. as a Sr. Account Executive and remained with the company until 2010. GeoLearning was a leading Learning Management System provider that also offered a talent management suite from Success Factors. Chaney received several accolades for their performance during their tenure at GeoLearning.

From 2011 to 2012, Chaney served as a Regional Account Executive at SumTotal Systems, LLC, a Skillsoft Company. SumTotal provides Talent Expansion solutions that help organizations improve employee performance in real time.

In 2012, Chaney became the Director of Sales at Intelladon, an organization implementing and selling the Cornerstone OnDemand solution and services. Kendric (Ric) stayed with Intelladon until 2013 when it was acquired by Tribridge, which was later acquired by DXC Technology.

In the same year, Chaney also worked as a Director of Sales at Prositions, Inc. before joining BirdDogHR Software Solutions as a Vice President of Sales in September 2013. BirdDogHR offers comprehensive talent management software and managed services.

Currently, Chaney holds the position of Vice President of HRIS Software Sales at Arcoro, a position they have held since January 2019.

Kendric (Ric) Chaney pursued their education starting from 1990 to 1994 at Central College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Business Management with a focus on Marketing & Spanish. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Hamilton College and obtained their MCSE certification from Microsoft.
