Jennifer Vega

Jennifer Vega has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Jennifer started their career at Turbo Tax as a Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist from October 2014 to December 2015. Later, they worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. as a Human Resources Receptionist from June 2015 to March 2018. After that, they served as an HR & QA Admin Support at Trinity Industries, Inc. from March 2018 to November 2018. Jennifer then joined Arcosa Inc. as an HR & QA Admin. Support from November 2018 to April 2019. Jennifer was promoted to the position of Human Resources Analyst at Arcosa Inc. and held that role from April 2019 to April 2021. Currently, Jennifer is working at Arcosa Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, starting from April 2021.

Jennifer Vega has a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development, with a minor in Organizational Forensics, from Austin Peay State University. Jennifer also obtained an Undergraduate Certificate in Spanish Communication Skills and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, both from Austin Peay State University. Furthermore, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Nashville State Community College.

In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained a PML Experience Graduate certification from Positive Management Leadership, Inc. in September 2022. Jennifer also obtained a DDI Facilitator Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International in June 2022. Additionally, they hold an Employing Abilities @Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation, a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn, and a Civil Treatment Certified Facilitator certification from Employment Learning Innovations, all obtained in 2019 and 2020. Lastly, they obtained a Veterans at Work certification from the SHRM Foundation in July 2019.
