Joshua Yates

Joshua Yates has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Joshua joined Arcosa Lightweight in 2018 and currently holds the position of Plant Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Trinity Industries, Inc. for a period of ten years, starting in 2010. During their tenure at Trinity Industries, Inc., they served as the Plant Manager from 2010 to 2018. Before that, they held the roles of Safety Representative and General Laborer, where they conducted inspections to ensure MSHA regulations were met and performed various tasks ranging from mowing grass to assisting mechanics with equipment maintenance.

Joshua Yates attended Navarro College from 2005 to 2007 and obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at McLennan Community College.
