Ladarius Beason Ei

LaDarius Beason, EI has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. LaDarius currently holds the position of Design Engineer II at Arcosa Inc., where they started in October 2022.

Prior to their current role, Beason worked at Poe Engineering, Inc. from May 2020 to September 2022 as a Structural Design Engineer II. In this position, they were responsible for providing designs and reviewing structural plans for new residential and commercial projects. LaDarius also conducted inspections of existing buildings with structural deficiencies and developed repair plans as necessary.

Before joining Poe Engineering, Inc., Beason worked as an Engineering Intern at the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2019. During this time, they collaborated with project managers and program analysts to manage water resource projects such as levees and pump stations. LaDarius also completed engineering analysis for seepage remediation projects and contributed to project management plans and budget analysis.

In 2018, Beason also had an internship at the US Army Corps of Engineers, specifically in the Programs and Project Management Division. There, they worked alongside project managers and program analysts in planning studies and managing engineering projects.

LaDarius Beason, EI completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the certification of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE Civil) from NCEES in October 2021.
