Lawrence Batiste

Lawrence Batiste has a robust engineering background with a focus on project management and continuous improvement in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Arcosa Inc. since August 2019, Lawrence previously worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Trinity Industries, Inc. from February 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that role, Lawrence gained significant experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes Inc. from June 2009 to March 2016, where leadership was provided on enhancing Motor Lead Extensions through proactive management meetings, the implementation of new equipment, and procedural improvements to streamline assembly processes.
