Lisa Oliver (She/Her/Hers)

Lisa Oliver has over 30 years of experience in human resources, starting in 1986 as a Chief Air Traffic Controller in the United States Navy. In this role, they led and trained teams, ensured compliance with safety regulations, and provided input on manpower documents.

Following their military service, Lisa worked as an HR Generalist at Bancroft & Sons Transportation, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Lisa managed all aspects of HR for a government contracted transportation company, including recruiting and ensuring compliance with DOT standards.

In 2008, Lisa joined Trinity Industries, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, later becoming the Director of Human Resources for Trinity Construction Materials, Containers, and Parts & Components. In these roles, they supported and guided senior leadership, managers, and employees on HR policies and programs, while enhancing retention strategies.

Lisa's most recent work experience is with Arcosa Inc., where they have held the positions of Human Resources Director and Senior Director Human Resources since 2018.

Throughout their career, Lisa has gained expertise in recruitment, policy administration, program interpretation, and employee retention.

Lisa Oliver attended El Monte High School from 1983 to 1985, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on General studies. Afterward, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics with a certificate in Aviation Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, Lisa obtained their Everything DiSC® Certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in February 2023.
