Shriya Dutt

Shriya Dutt currently serves as Human Resources Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative medicines for serious diseases. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Director of HR at Qualcomm, and Vice President at Bank of America. Shriya has also held the position of Global Head Human Resources at WaveCrest Payment Technology Pvt Ltd, and various HR roles at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, including Dy Manager HRD and Assistant Manager Training & Development. Shriya completed an Executive Development Program in Leadership and Change Management at XLRI in 2020 and holds an MBA in HR & Systems from the Indian Institute of Advanced Management, Visakhapatnam.
