Mary E. Henderson

Mary E. Henderson is the current Chief Accounting Officer at Arcosa. Mary has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including their time as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Trinity Industries, Inc.

At Trinity, Mary was responsible for overseeing the company's external and internal accounting, tax, and reporting functions. Mary was also instrumental in leading Trinity's successful separation of financial records and related operations for the spin-off of Arcosa from Trinity Industries in 2018.

Mary is known for their dedication to process improvement and their ability to align the strategic direction of their teams with the overall strategy of the company. Under their leadership, Trinity won the "Company of the Year" Award in 2017 from the Dallas PMI Chapter.

Mary holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.

Mary E. Henderson has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cameron University, and is certified by both the AICPA and the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a CPA. Mary is also a Director Professionalism Course from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
