Patrick Tournoy

As EVP of Operations, Patrick leads the company's operational activities to ensure Arcserve meets its efficiency and cost-effectiveness goals.

He is also responsible for the development and implementation of Arcserve's strategy, M&A activities, transformation and enterprise-wide customer experience programs, business & appliance operations, legal and IT.

Before joining Arcserve, Patrick held other senior leadership roles, including advisor to PE portfolio companies, Global VP Business Operations & Strategy at Diebold Nixdorf, CEO/Founder of an online marketing company, CEO of a PE-owned IT Reseller, and strategy consulting at Bain & Company. He earned a Master's degree in Engineering at the University of Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve.
