Venkat Mattapalli

Venkat Mattapalli is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Arcserve since March 2020, Venkat is responsible for product development, build/DevOps, sustaining engineering, and leading organization-wide initiatives. Prior to Arcserve, Venkat held various roles at Dell EMC from July 2007 to November 2019, including Director of Software Engineering, where contributions were focused on PowerMax, DevOps, and software engineering. Venkat also served as a Release Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as Release Engineering Manager at Business Objects. Venkat's educational background includes an Executive Program on Leadership Development from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
