Amelia Mawlawi

Amelia Mawlawi currently serves as the Head of Customer Advocacy at Arctera.io, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this, Amelia worked as a Solutions Marketing Manager at Veritas Technologies LLC from April 2022 to December 2024, focusing on audience-tailored content and customer journey expertise. Amelia's background includes extensive experience at HP, where roles included Global Product Planner, ZCentral Solution Product Manager, and Global Software Product Manager, with responsibilities ranging from product strategy development to managing partnerships with Microsoft's HP Workstations. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service and marketing at the City of Fort Collins, Premium Carpet, and the City of Evans, alongside a foundational role as a Program Leader for Longs Peak Boy Scout Council.
