David Kessler is a skilled designer with extensive experience in the outdoor and textile industries. Currently serving as Men's In-line Innovation Designer 2 for Hike & Climb at Arc'teryx Equipment since May 2022, Kessler has led the design of various industrial apparel components and styles. Prior experience includes working as a Materials and Trim Designer at The North Face, where Kessler contributed to the Summit Series and the 2023 Himalayan Suit. Additional roles include research and design at the Virtual Textiles Research Group, contract design for KEEN and Ministry of Supply, and teaching assistant positions at the Rhode Island School of Design. Kessler's background in competitive cycling, including a championship title at the US junior national road race, complements a solid educational foundation in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
