Emer Sparkes

Emer Sparkes currently serves as the Community & Retail Marketing Coordinator at Arc'teryx Equipment, focusing on connecting outdoor communities in Australia and New Zealand through impactful events. Previously, Emer worked as a Product Guide at Amer Sports and gained hands-on experience in the outdoor and service industries at Summit Reforestation, RED Mountain Resort, and Elevate Education. Emer has also demonstrated strong organizational skills as an Events Coordinator for the Melbourne Arts Students Society. Additional experience includes brand ambassadorship at XPO Brands and a supervisory role at Cotton On Group. Emer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Melbourne.
