Julie Dufour has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as Guest Services Supervisor at Arc'teryx Equipment since November 2015, previously holding positions as Senior Customer Service Representative and Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes working at Sage as a Bilingual Customer Service Analyst, where responsibilities involved communicating with North American clients in both French and English, managing high-priority escalations, mentoring new employees, and maintaining customer accounts in the SAP Data Base System. Julie is currently pursuing a Massage Therapy Practitioner Certificate at Académie de Massage Scientifique, following a Collegial Diploma in Social Science and Humanities from College Baie-Comeau.
