Lindsay O'Brien

Lindsay O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations, brand production, and event management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at Arc'teryx Equipment since August 2019, Lindsay leads the People & Culture department, focusing on strategic planning and operational optimization. Previously held roles include Director of Brand Operations, where Lindsay drove strategic planning and financial processes, and Senior Manager of Production Operations, overseeing studio production and content creation. Prior to joining Arc'teryx, Lindsay spent over seven years at lululemon athletica in various roles, including Director of Brand Production & Operations, building high-performing teams and managing extensive global brand campaigns. Earlier career experiences include managing events for Canada Snowboard and leading athlete services at major competitions.
