Sky Urian

Sky Urian has extensive experience in the field of human resources and people operations. They most recently held the position of Director, People Operations at Peek since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Aspiration from April 2022 to June 2023. They also held various roles at OneDigital, including Program Director, One-HR from April 2021 to April 2022 and Director, Human Resources & Payroll Consulting from August 2017 to April 2022. Before their time at OneDigital, Sky served as the Director, Human Resources & Payroll Services at ManagEase, Inc. from August 2014 to August 2017, and as the Human Resources Manager at 29 Prime from August 2011 to August 2014.

Sky Urian holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts from Pitzer College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. They later completed a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California, Irvine, which took place from 2013 to 2017.
