Mariah Marshall

Mariah Marshall has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Mariah started their career as a Recruiter at Arc'teryx Equipment in January 2015 and worked in this role until March 2018. From January 2018 to December 2019, they served as a People and Culture Business Partner at the same company. Mariah then moved up to become the Manager of People and Culture, a position they held from April 2019 to July 2022. Most recently, they were promoted to the role of Senior Manager of People and Culture in July 2022 at Arc'teryx Equipment. Prior to their time at Arc'teryx, Mariah worked at lululemon athletica as an Assistant Manager and Store Business Leader from August 2013 to November 2014. Mariah also contributed to the success of lululemon athletica Australia & New Zealand, where they held various roles including People Potential (HR) Coordinator from January 2013 to May 2013, and People Pillar/Community Manager from November 2009 to May 2013.

From 2008 to 2012, Mariah Marshall attended Simon Fraser University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology.
