Marissa Hoftiezer

Marissa Hoftiezer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the outdoor apparel industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Planning & Analysis at Arc'teryx Equipment since November 2019, Marissa leads a crossfunctional team focused on inventory distribution to retail stores and wholesale partners. Previously, Marissa held positions at Icebreaker where responsibilities included supporting the North American wholesale sales team as a Sales Operations Coordinator and managing a significant Canadian wholesale territory as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Additional experience includes roles at Helly Hansen and various freelance positions, as well as early career work in behavioral intervention and education. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University, obtained in 2009.
