Natalie Botteselle

Natalie Botteselle, CPHR, currently serves as the People & Culture Business Partner for Corporate Centers at Arc'teryx Equipment since November 2023. Previously, Natalie held the position of Director of People & Culture at Mindful Collective Co., where responsibilities included developing a strategic roadmap, implementing an HRIS system, and leading employee engagement and diversity initiatives. Additional experience includes roles such as People & Culture Advisor at Kasian Architecture, People Development Partner at Bench Accounting, and People & Culture Specialist at Trulioo, among others. Natalie started with an internship as an HR Coordinator at Goldcorp and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Simon Fraser University.
