Laitinen Janne is currently the Director HR and Legal Affairs at Arctia Ltd. Prior to his current role, he had extensive experience in labour law and HR related issues through his various positions at Palvelualojen työnantajat Palta and Air Finland. Before transitioning to a career in HR and legal affairs, he was a First Officer/Captain at Blue1. Janne holds a degree in law from the University of Helsinki and has also received training in airline piloting and flight instruction. Additionally, he is currently enrolled in the AaltoJOKO® -program at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
