Brayden Girard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brayden began their career as a Customer Service Representative at STARTEK in 2011. Brayden then worked as a Park Worker/Group Leader at St. Lawrence Parks Commission in 2012 before transitioning to the role of IT/Web Developer at M&L Supply Fire and Safety from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they became a Software Developer at Arctic Empire Inc. and later took on the role of CTO at WebMarketers in 2016. At Cornwall Innovation Centre, they served as a Project Coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Brayden then joined St. Lawrence College as a Professor and Program Coordinator for CST from 2017 to 2021.
