Fiadhna McEvoy

Fiadhna McEvoy C.Psychol, MCIPD has worked in a variety of roles in the field of psychometrics and assessment design. From 2021 to present, they have been the Head of Psychometrics Output at Arctic Shores. Prior to that, they were the Head of Assessment Design at PeopleScout from 2020 to 2021. From 2012 to 2020, they held multiple roles at TMP Worldwide UK, including Director of Assessment and Development, Managing Consultant, and Senior Consultant. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Senior Organisational Development Specialist at Cardiff County Council. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Consultant Psychologist at Capita Resourcing.

Fiadhna McEvoy C.Psychol, MCIPD completed their undergraduate degree in Psychology at Trinity College Dublin. Fiadhna then went on to pursue an MSc in Occupational Psychology at The University of Sheffield.
