Jill Summers

Jill Summers is an experienced professional in the field of psychology and client success, currently serving as VP Customer at Arctic Shores since March 2017, where Jill has also held positions such as Director of Professional Services & Support and Head of Client Success. With a strong foundation in assessment and development, Jill previously worked as Head of Assessment & Development at We are Amberjack, and as Senior Consultant for Assessment & Development at GatenbySanderson, notably leading a large-scale restructuring project for the NHS. Jill's earlier roles include Senior Consultant at TMP Worldwide UK and Occupational Psychologist at NHS National Services Scotland. Academically, Jill holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Biological Sciences from The University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Northumbria University.
