Krastan Ivanov has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Krastan started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist and Supervisor at C3i Europe, where they supervised a team of 10 people and implemented a reporting framework.
In 2007, they joined HP Enterprise Services as a Team Lead/Transition Project Manager. Krastan successfully managed the transition of multiple multilingual service desk projects and established SLA/KPIs framework for meeting targets. Later, they became an ITIL Incident & Problem Manager, leading the implementation of ITIL incident and problem management framework for an IT Project. Krastan also served as a Service Delivery Manager, integrating and leading IT Services Delivery across multiple operational functions in HP.
In 2013, Krastan joined ISG - Technology as a Transition & Transformation Project Manager. Krastan re-designed the service delivery and operations model, implemented a CISCO call center solution, and developed quality control and operational reporting systems.
From 2014 to 2018, Krastan worked at AIG, where they held various roles. As a Project Manager, they successfully managed the transition/transformation of services from AIG's European branches into new service delivery locations. As a Transformation Manager, they designed and led the implementation of a plan to consolidate shared services delivery locations. Finally, as the Director of Operations, Krastan led a department of over 100 employees and managed operations delivery according to industry best practices.
Most recently, Krastan served as the Head of Customer Success at Ampeco | EV Charging & Mobility Solutions starting in 2020.
Krastan Ivanov completed their Master's degree in International Relations from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, attending from 2002 to 2007.
